We proudly offer FREE Mainland UK shipping on all orders. Please note that we require a minimum of 1-2 working days on average to fulfil your order then dispatch.

Delivery to Remote Areas: For customers living in more remote areas of the UK (such as Scotland, Cornwall and Devon), delivery times may be longer than our standard timeframes. This is due to the limited frequency of our couriers visiting these locations. Rest assured, your courier will notify you of the delivery day once your order is placed.

When importing from the UK, the Jersey customs authority imposes a Goods & Services Tax on products and deliveries costing over £240. You can find more details here

Additional Shipping Information

At Lazuma we work with both UK and overseas distributors, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. 

Delays can on occasion happen, on the occasion your order is delayed we will notify you via email as soon as possible. All of our shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates can not be guaranteed.

Please also consider various holidays (Bank Holiday etc) in your region when considering delivery.

If items are missing from your order, contact our Customer Service team before assembly or return on hello@la-zuma.com.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the tracking information to show.


Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@la-zuma.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


Lost/Stolen Packages

Lazuma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to your delivery email.
