How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer FREE UK Delivery to all Mainland UK Customers.

Delivery to Remote Areas: For customers living in more remote areas of the UK (such as Scotland, Cornwall and Devon), delivery times may be longer than our standard timeframes. This is due to the limited frequency of our couriers visiting these locations. Rest assured, your courier will notify you of the delivery day once your order is placed.

When importing from the UK, the Jersey customs authority imposes a Goods & Services Tax on products and deliveries costing over £240. You can find more details here.

What are the delivery methods?

We use our trusted couriers Royal Mail, Evri & DPD to deliver our orders.

Please note as we work with multiple vendors including overseas suppliers. The delivery method is automatically chosen at checkout depending on the product you have purchased. You can not select a certain courier.

Do I Need An Account?

No, you don’t need to sign up for an account. You can make purchases and check out as a guest anytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, you can add items to your wishlist, check the progress of your order, use self-serve returns and you will get priority access to exclusive offers & discounts.

How Do I Create An Account?

Wishlist

You will need to create an account with us first or log in to access your wishlist. Press on the 'heart' icon to save your favourite finds to your wishlist.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. We are also proud to offer Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna.

Orders & Returns

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us.

Please note that orders will be processed once payment has been approved and the billing/delivery address is verified.

You will receive a tracking email within 1-2 working days from placing an order. Alternatively, if you hold an account with us, you may check the status of your order in “My Account”.

How do I track my order?

If you hold a Shopify Shop account you will be able to view the status of your tracking immediately after the tracking number is updated.

If you do not hold an account with us you will receive an email with your tracking link, tracking number and the courier provider within 1-2 working days of placing an order.

What is the Return Policy?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have another 14 calendar days to return your item to us from the date of notifying us.

How do I return an order?

Submit a return request


Click the profile icon or 'Log In' in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account here
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

How do I cancel and order?

If you would like to cancel an order please do so by emailing us at hello@la-zuma.com

Please note if your order has already been dispatched and is in transit we will be unable to cancel the order for you. However, you are welcome to place a return with us.

Product

I loved the product and would like to rate it. How do I do that?

We really appreciate any feedback you are able to give so thank you! We use an app called 'Judge.me' to host our reviews. Once your order is complete you will receive an email from us where you can write your own review.

What are the products made of?

All of our products are carefully curated. We do our best to try to source from natural materials where possible. More information on your specific product composition can be found on the product description page.
