Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to provide our customers with FREE UK shipping on all of our products.

What are the delivery methods?

We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on all of our items.

Our couriers are Royal Mail, Evri & DPD.

Please note as we have 100s of suppliers your delivery method is automatically chosen at checkout depending on the product you have purchased. You can not select a certain courier.

We aim to deliver your item within 10 working days.

However, certain items are available for UK 3-day delivery, such as our Ex-Showhome items. All of our 3-day delivery items are shown with a '3DAY' tag.

Please also note custom made items such as curtains or certain cushions may take longer. You will be notified of a lead-time at the time of purchase.

Where do you deliver?

We currently only ship to:

- United Kingdom

- Europe

- USA

Please note free shipping is only available to UK customers. International customers shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Your Account

Do I Need An Account?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest anytime. However, by setting up an account with us, you will get priority access to exclusive offers & discounts.

An account will also allow you to save items to your wishlist and order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How Do I Create An Account?

Please click on the Account icon on the top right corner.

Click on 'New customer, Create your account' to register your account with us.

Wishlist

You will need to create an account with us first or log in to access your wishlist. Press on the 'heart' icon to save your favourite finds to your wishlist.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. We are in process of providing Klarna and Clearpay to our customers.

Orders

How do I cancel and order?

If you would like to cancel an order please do so by emailing us at hello@la-zuma.com

Please note if your order has already been dispatched and is in transit we will be unable to cancel the order for you. However, you are welcome to place a return with us.

Please also note items unavailable for cancellation/return:

- Bespoke or personalised goods

- Goods where the seal for health protection and hygiene has been broken (e.g. swimwear).

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us.

Please note that orders will be processed once payment has been approved and the billing/delivery address is verified.

You will receive a tracking email within 1-2 working days from placing an order. Alternatively, if you hold an account with us, you may check the status of your order in “My Account”.

How do I track my order?

If you hold a Shopify Shop account you will be able to view the status of your tracking immediately after the tracking number is updated.

If you do not hold an account with us you will receive an email with your tracking link, tracking number and the courier provider.
