Refund policy
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have another 14 calendar days to return your item to us from the date of notifying us.
In order to be eligible for a return item(s) must be in their unused, original condition including all of their original packaging intact. We are working towards free returns for our customers. Currently we do not cover the costs of returns therefore we recommend our customers choose a signed for or guaranteed delivery service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return within your account or by having approval from us via email will not be accepted. Please note all returns shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. -
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as custom-made orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, the quickest way to resolve an issue with your order is to return the original order and place a new order.

- Only new, unopened items in their original condition can be returned.
- Currently we do not provide returns labels. For any product valued over £10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
- Due to the nature of our custom-made and personalised products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any custom-made or personalised items.
- We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

- Due to the nature of our custom-made and personalised products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any custom-made or personalised items.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we process your return.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all items approved for return.
- We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- We do not provide a returns label or pay for the costs of returns shipping.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

Order cancellations are possible but time sensitive. Please note if your order has already been dispatched and is in transit we will be unable to cancel it for you. However, you are more than welcome to request a return.
