Everything you need to know on how to return an item to us

We are sure you will love your order from us! However, if need you do need to return anything, please read the information on this page for our stress-free returns process.

In order to be eligible for a return item(s) must be in their unused, original condition including all of their original packaging intact. We are working towards free returns for our customers. Currently we do not cover the costs of returns, therefore we recommend our customers choose a signed for or a guaranteed delivery courier.

Before returning your item to us ensure to take photos of both the item and its packaging. Just in case a parcel becomes damaged in transit this will help us identify any potential issues during the return process.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have another 14 calendar days to return your item to us from the date of notifying us.

How do I return an order?

How do I cancel an order?

Please note if your order has already been dispatched and is in transit we will be unable to cancel it for you. However, you are more than welcome to request a return.

Yes, you can not return custom made or personalised items. If a product is custom made or personalised item this will be stated within the product description. Please note these items are not covered under the returns policy.
